Sunday means completely different to me now than a year ago. Not just because we have weekly meeting, but also it is a start of the new week. Sunday sets the tone of the new weeks and I just cant stop thinking about ramen! lol.
Not to lie, originally I was going to Orenchi but there were too many people. Here we come, Misoya! The store is a chain from Japan and it recently open couple month ago. I have been here once before and highly suggest to order the chashu noodle or extra. Their chashu tastes like it just came out of the yakiniku grill, fresh and juicy! It is very hard to resist!! This time, I tried Kome Miso, which matches the little chunk of miso on the top. With a little garlic (にんにく), the taste of the miso stands out more apparent..
It was unfortunate that they do not have egg on the side. I would definitely come here if you are meat and ramen eater. I do recommend to try Kome Miso before the other ones. I will try shiro miso next time I am here! gochisosama!
