Kotteri Miso, Kahoo Ramen, San Jose

Who would have thought public notary has so many different options?  I spent the whole morning running 3 stores to find out the difference.  It should be easier!

Ramen after a busy morning is well rewarding proposition!  Orenchi is always too many people, I went to Kahoo in Mitsuwa plaza to get their Koteri Miso ramen.

Amazingly Kahoo also needs to wait 30 minute line!  Ramen fire is continuing in the bay area!

Koteri in Japanese means dense, becomes the standout of this ramen.  Bean sprout is washed and preserved the crispiness. chashu is the kakuni (pork belly) in couple pieces, in complement of the yellow curly noodle.

Just make sure you put a towel in front of your shirt! Those noodle does bounce around the soup!

Other ramen I have tried are Kokuman shoyu, tan tan men.  All are decent!
