Seafood Ramen, Ramen Sea, Sunnyvale, CA

Another Wednesday intense tennis which almost paralyzed me..

Want to record yesterday dinner with Jess in Ramen Sea in Sunnyvale.  We arrived around 7:30pm and unexpectedly waited for 15 min for table..

We went with the original taste of seafood and clam ramen.  I did add egg and spinach.  An excerpt, only one noodle type.

The soup is pork bone based with seafood.  The add would be the garlic oil which bring another jiz to taste.  Egg is soft and perfectly cooked.  Half cut egg is always a standard for me on a good bowl.
Noodle is the curly yellow noodle which might need some more time to soak up the soup.

It is definitely a nice switch from the heavier soup of Kotetsu/Orenchi/Kahoo.  Will try Tonkotsu based soup next time. And, Yaki onigiri looks very tempting!
